Mental Health
Trimar Care designs and develops bespoke person centred services for clients with mental health problems.
Our own Consultant Psychiatrist ensures that all our clients receive regular clinical input, and appropriate community support is provided by local services.
As part of the development of each service, our Cognitive Therapist provides specific training to our support teams, and provides regular input for our clients.
Complex Learning Difficulties
Trimar Care has a great deal of experience in dealing with Learning Disabilities.
Our expertise in severe challenging behaviour has allowed us to work with some of the most complex clients in this area.
In cases of dual diagnosis, we have the experience and expertise to provide the appropriate levels of support for our clients.
Autistic Spectrum Disorder
We have worked with Autistic clients since our inception.
By ensuring robust and consistent support packages, we develop services in which our clients maximise their potential.
Acquired Brain Injury
Trimar Care has developed a great deal of expertise in providing Supported Living Services for individuals with ABI.
We work closely with specialist ABI units to provide successful step down facilities in the community.
We anticipate further developments in this area, with an emphasis on working with clients who have previously been difficult to place.
Severe Challenging Behaviours
Trimar Care’s success in dealing with the most challenging clients is widely recognised.
We support clients from all over the UK who have often been difficult to place.
Trimar Care’s experience in forensic services, together with our “Management of Violence and Aggression” expertise, ensures that even the most challenging of clients can be successfully supported in Trimar Care’s specialist Supported Living services.
Forensic Services
Trimar Care Ltd has built up an impressive reputation for providing Supported Living services for individuals with forensic history and those who display severe challenging behaviours.
Our Managing Director is a qualified RMN, with a huge amount of practical, operational and management experience gained in the area of Forensic Mental Health. Much of this experience was gained whilst working in Special Hospitals and Secure Units.
Trimar Care applies this knowledge and experience in devising services in which the principles applied within the secure sector are applied to Community Placements as part of the step down process of rehabilitation.
