Our person-centred planning is designed to develop the independent living skills of our clients, whilst ensuring that they receive an appropriate level of support to ensure the well-being and safety of each individual.		We currently have properties in Merseyside, Wirral, North Wales and the West Midlands, and are actively working in partnership with Local Authorities and PCTs to develop new services in other parts of the UK.
