A brief summary of the roles we have within Trimar Care
Support Worker – Working as part of a team, you will provide day-to-day support to service users, enabling them to live in the community, make their own choices and fully participate in the life of a wider community.
Senior Support Worker – You will oversee and manage the service you have responsibility for, ensuring that the staff team deliver a quality service and are fully supported by you as their line manager.
Service Coordinator – In your role as team leader for a number of services, you will help to support and develop your Senior Support Workers within their day-to-day duties, and with the delivery of services to our Service Users.
Locality or Area Manager – In this role you have the opportunity to make things happen for the people we support, helping our service users to fulfill their aspirations through the management, review and development of the service they receive from Trimar Care.
Head Office staff – Our administration team, based at our head office in Bootle, are required to provide expertise and administration support services for service users, staff and other managers within Trimar Care, including Human Resources, Training, Payroll, Health & Safety and general administration services.
