Supporting Service Users within the community we are looking for Support Workers to work in the Kings Norton and Sutton Coldfield areas.  Previous experience is preferred. The work is demanding but a fulfilling and worthwhile job. Full induction and training will be provided, leading to NVQ Level 3. Attractive shift patterns are applied. Car drivers are preferred but not essential.

The role will be supporting the Locality Manager to provide an excellent support service to both Service Users and staff within one of our services in the Sutton Coldfield area.  Proven experience in a similar role is essential; you must also have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, alternatively equivalent experience for existing staff and the willingness to complete NVQ 3 may be considered, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage unplanned situations.
