Training at all levels

Programmes are planned to meet the demands of the company, the necessity of individual roles, while at the same time warranting the needs of the people we support are met. This safeguards employees are fully prepared to deliver an effective and person-centred service. Support workers will undertake a formal 5 day induction programme that will lead to a nationally recognised vocational qualification, as well as specific training and development.
